Privacy
What this site keeps, and what it doesn’t.
This is a small site for a small firm, and we have kept it that way. Here is what happens with your information when you visit mosherdolan.com or write to us through it.
What we collect
Only what you send us. The forms on this site (Contact, For Realtors, Trade Partners) ask for your name, email address and, where you choose to give them, a phone number, a location and a note about what you have in mind. That information goes to us by email so we can reply. We use it for that purpose and to keep track of the conversation if it continues. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or trade it with anyone.
Calling or emailing us directly works the same way: what you tell us stays between you and the firm, and is used to respond to you.
What we don’t collect
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. There are no embedded social feeds, maps or videos watching you read. The fonts are served from our own site rather than a third party. Nothing you do here is used to build a profile of you or to follow you elsewhere on the internet.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives form submissions on our behalf before passing them to us. Like any web host, Netlify keeps ordinary server logs (the address a request came from, the page requested, the time) for security and to keep the service running. Netlify’s own privacy notice describes how it handles that data; we do not use those logs for anything.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, for example to a publication that covered one of our houses, to our pages on Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn, or to a source in the Journal, those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Your information, your call
If you have written to us and would like us to correct or delete what you sent, email dave@mosherdolan.com or call (248) 258-9453 and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is intended for adults considering a building or renovation project. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If the way the site works changes, for instance if we add analytics or a newsletter, this page will be updated and the date above will change. Questions about any of this are welcome at the address above.
