Doyle Mosher
Doyle is a self-taught first generation builder. He worked in the field through high school and college acquiring the hands-on skills of many trades. After graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in Business, Doyle has spent the last 35 years helping to build one of the most recognized residential building companies in Southeastern Michigan. Doyle's skill set includes attention to interior finishes, quality, value, and systems. He has helped devise a universal, one of a kind, building language which communicates efficiently with the architect, designer, client, trades and suppliers.
Todd Dolan
Todd graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Engineering. Todd has worked with Doyle in residential construction for 35 years. His hands-on and technical expertise spans from site development to project completion. Todd is responsible for project management, coordinating the overall construction effort between the office and the site, including scheduling and budgets. Todd is a tireless worker and is often the go-to-person in the company to solve complicated building challenges.
Steve Marszalek, LEED AP
Steve graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics in 1992. Prior to obtaining his degree, Steve spent many summers and weekends working in the field learning and understanding construction with Doyle and Todd. After the completion of his degree, Steve joined Mosher Dolan, Inc. in 1994 as an estimator and has spent the last 20 plus years providing comprehensive construction related services for a variety of projects including residential and commercial clients. Steve has dedicated additional efforts to derive value engineering, new product procurement, and product branding development for many of our clients. Also, as a LEED Accredited Professional, Steve has the ability to understand and recommend green building and energy efficiency practices. Recently, Steve has been directing construction management and acting as an adviser for Goldfish Swim Schools (http://goldfishfranchise.com/).
