Rick attended Lawrence Technological University and is a State of Michigan licensed residential builder. With over 40 yeecisions, scope of work bidding, shop drawings, and contracts. Rick's personality and background allow him to interact with clients and subcontractors with great success.
Elizabeth Grabowski, Associate AIA
Project Manager
A graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Architecture Masters Program, Elizabeth has developed a talent for hand drawings, digital graphics, and design. This skill-set allows her to interact with many facets of Mosher Dolan, Inc. including client communication, graphic design, architectural design, and marketing. Elizabeth is currently pursuing her architectural license and continues to be active with Challenge Detroit as Senior Fellow Design Coordinator.
Matthew Nicholson
Project Engineer
Matt graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Construction Management in 2015. Prior to graduation, he completed a summer internship with Mosher Dolan. Fresh out of school, and with a passion for construction, he hopes to bring new light and ideas to the systems and processes Mosher Dolan is already known for. As a Project Engineer, he bridges the connection between office management and site supervision by taking on tasks to assist both the Project Managers and Site Superintendents. Also, as a LEED Green Associate, he helps in researching green alternatives for making projects more sustainable.
Mikayla Cutlip
Challenge Detroit Fellow
Mikayla, a recent graduate of Northern Arizona University with a degree in Interior Design, has experience in residential construction and design business management. Passionate about design and the building process, Mikayla is excited to join the Mosher Dolan family and city of Detroit as a Challenge Detroit Year Four Fellow. Challenge Detroit is a leadership and professional development program that invites approximately 30 of tomorrow's leaders to live, work, play, give, and lead in and around the greater Detroit area for one year. Actively seeking the National Council for Interior Design Qualification, Mikayla looks forward to contributing her experience ad passion for design to Mosher Dolan.
Dave Engel
Challenge Detroit Fellow
Dave graduated from Hope College with a B.A. in Political Science and Business Management and has had a lifelong exposure to the built environment. As a student of servant leadership and design theory, Dave is passionate about quality and providing an exceptional customer experience to our clients. In addition to his role at Mosher Dolan, Dave was selected to be a Challenge Detroit Fellow from a pool of over 850 applicants. Among his greatest interests are urban renewal and historic preservation. Dave is currently pursuing his Project Manager Professional (PMP) Designation from the Project Management Institute.
