Tracey McCaghy
Controller

Tracey graduated from Central Michigan University with a degree in Accounting. Tracey manages the accounting department, human resources including employee benefits, corporate legal, insurance, and financing. Tracey acts as a liaison, aiding clients in navigating the various financial, insurance, and legal aspects of construction. Over the last several years Tracey has expanded her role overseeing multiple departments and various in-house financial projects. Tracey's flawless command of the numbers leaves little doubt that finances are in impeccable order.

Gina D'Annunzio
Accountant

Gina graduated from Macomb College with two degrees, one in General Business and one in Computer Programming. Gina coordinates accounts payable, including tracking lien waivers and insurance, working closely with subcontractors and suppliers. Gina also coordinates billing, including preparation of sworn statements and service invoices, working closely with clients, title companies, and financial institutions. Gina's dedication makes her a pleasure to work with.
