Steve Marszalek, LEED AP
Project Manager & Green Specialist

Steve graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics. Prior to obtaining his degree, Steve spent his summers and weekends working with Doyle and Todd throughout middle school, high school, and college. Upon graduation, Steve started with the Kmart Corporation and in 1994 joined Mosher Dolan, Inc. as a full time estimator and systems expert. Steve's knowledge is vast, but he primarily develops project scope and budget, along with overseeing competitive bidding, contracts, work changes, and site meetings for disciplines from site work through drywall. Steve has dedicated additional effort to derive value engineering for clients and from subcontractors, new product procurement, and product branding development. Recently, as a LEED Accredited Professional, Steve has taken on the role of Green Specialist where he advises all technical and mechanical aspects of green building. Steve gives comfort to the architects and clients that the foundation and structure of the home are as sound as the finishes.

Brian McAndrews
Project Manager

Brian graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Construction Management. Brian coordinates with Todd on all residential contracts, work changes, shop drawings, and scheduling beginning with initial site preparations through drywall. Brian has formed a vast network of the most qualified rough and mechanical trades and suppliers in the industry better enabling Mosher Dolan, Inc. to receive competitive bids. Brian's work ethic and thoroughness is quickly earning him respect with architects, municipalities, trades, and clients who know that all details are attended to.

Eric Baughman
Project Manager

Eric graduated with a degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University and is a certified Associate Constructor through the American Institute of Contractors. Eric assists Brian in preparing bids, contracts and work changes for site preparation through drywall. Eric takes on the role of Project Manager for interior and exterior remodel projects which focus on revitalizing Oakland County communities. Eric's engaging personality and strong background in customer service has helped establish new connections and further develop trusting relationships with clients and trades.
