COMMERCIAL Mosher, Dolan, Cataldo & Kelly Commercial was founded in 1995.  John Kelly, a partner in the residential company, is president and chief operating officer.  John has a deep and varied background with construction degrees, vast field experience, and operations administration.  The projects John has built for Mosher, Dolan, Cataldo & Kelly include our most complex and sophisticated buildings and sites. As the residential company grew and its reputation was established, it became evident, through requests from clients, architects and designers, that there was a need for a complementary commercial company.  Mosher, Dolan, Cataldo & Kelly Commercial is filling a void in commercial construction by providing commercial means and methods with residential sensitivity.  We are one of few companies that can work in a capacity that respects the budgets and schedules so critical in commercial construction while maintaining an eye for craftsmanship and details more clearly understood in residential construction. Current and completed projects include restaurants, clothing merchants, car dealerships, multiple build-outs, major mixed use renovations, and infill loft and office buildings.
